Il contributo, che prosegue alcuni precedenti progetti di ricerca avviati dall'autrice sin dai primi anni duemila, è centrato sullo spazio abitabile e sul potenziale identitario di un edificio. Punto di partenza del suo ragionamento è il presupposto che lo spazio misurabile è anche spazio mentale. Ciò attiva una serie di considerazioni legate al rapporto tra il tempo della storia e il tempo del fruitore. Un edificio, pertanto, e nello specifico una biblioteca sia pubblica o privata sia nazionale o di quartiere, si percepisce ed esiste anche nel tempo soggettivo di chi la fruisce.

The contribution which takes up some of the author's previous research projects since the early 2000s focuses on living space and the identity potential of a building. The starting point of his reasoning is the assumption that measurable space is also mental space. New technologies have radically transformed not only geography as a discipline but also the geographies of the world. Indeed the digital has assumed an increasingly pervasive mediating role in the production of space as of geographic knowledge and imaginaries. The possibilities offered by the virtual in particular now offer a decisive contribution in communicating the meanings attributed to places and respond increasingly effectively to the emerging needs of the tourism sector. Digitally mediated visitor experiences aim to engage the senses and are effective when they promote rigorously realistic immersions. Within the framework of these reflections the paper highlights the renewed relevance of authenticity both of the tourism experience and of cultural heritage in relation to its potential for attraction and proposes a contextualization of the theme in light of the unprecedented opportunities granted by technologies for the creation of virtual and augmented spaces. The proposed discussion is therefore also a journey aimed at exploring authenticity as a tool through which new technologies can effectively mediate a sense of place and foster brand communication of a destination. The case study is the UNESCO site of Tarragona whose most relevant image for urban policies is presented. This shared figuration spatially defined and rooted in a precise historical moment is reconstructed on the one hand through the analysis of functional documentation for the candidacy and on the other by means of a review of mobile applications developed for the promotion of the city's cultural heritage. The proposed journey and exploration of the place return in light of the research data and in conclusion the central role played by digital technologies in mediating the UNESCO imaginary. Con la sentenza n. 16253/2020 la Suprema Corte ha affermato che l’assenza di nesso causale tra la cessazione di un appalto e il licenziamento del lavoratore integra un’ipotesi di manifesta insussistenza del fatto posto alla base del licenziamento - con conseguente applicabilità della tutela reintegratoria attenuta di cui all’art. 18, comma 5, della legge n. 300/1970 - non riconducibile, pertanto, agli altri casi in cui il giudice dichiara risolto il rapporto concedendo la sola tutela indennitaria forte (da dodici a ventiquattro mensilità).

Settore IUS/17 - Diritto PenaleThe paper analyses the offence of unlawful work intermediation and exploitation offering a comparative analysis with the German punitive system. The study focuses in particular on the limits of legitimacy of criminal law in the punishment of gangmaster acts in the attempt to avoid that the punitive intervention in economic and contractual dynamics of a mutual nature could be so intrusive to be in contrast with the principle of subsidiarity. To this end the author suggests an interpretative perspective that centres the penal disvalue of the offence under article 603-bis of the criminal code on the harm to fundamental workers’ rights – as linked to articles 4 35 and 36 of the Italian Constitutions – which work as a limit to entrepreneurial freedom. To be sure the indexes of exploitation listed by the criminalising norm seem to echo those fundamental human rights attributed to a person as a worker: those very same rights that – when harmed in their minimal and therefore intangible dimension – legitimise the intervention of the ius terribile. The article also stresses the protection of the job market: in this sense the offence – even if situated within the Kernstrafrecht – represents a new paradigm of the institutional response within the framework of the contemporary relationships between law and economics.

Leonardo rivers. The elements of material culture that enable us to define the ways of cultural interaction between settlers and indigenous peoples as well as to reconstruct the political socio-economic and sacred landscapes in the various districts investigated are examined. In fact the research allows to outline in addition to the usual settlement and agricultural organizations of chora politiké and éremos chora articulated areas within the territory of Himera and to understand the landmarks of the rural settlement alongside the presence of highland settlements . Therefore the center-periphery approach is abandoned for a more articulated analysis demonstrating different forms of settlement and cultural contact in the three river valleys of the Himera hinterland.

Il testo prende in esame il complesso di materiali editi e inediti (fonti storiche e archivistiche, documenti musicali, testimonianze etnografiche) che attestano la presenza del tarantismo in Sicilia dalla metà del Seicento alla fine dell’Ottocento. Il caso siciliano viene quindi inquadrato nell’ambito dell’ampia letteratura che ruota intorno al fenomeno, a partire dal classico studio di Ernesto De Martino fino al dibattito sull’interpretazione del fenomeno fra i poli dell’esorcismo e della possessione, dovuto soprattutto all’etnomusicologo francese Gilber Rouget. Settore L-ART/08 - EtnomusicologiaThe text examines published and unpublished materials – such as historical and ethnographic sources archive records and musical documents – which testify the presence of tarantism in Sicily from mid-17th century to the end of the 19th. The Sicilian case is then considered in a wider context of contributions on the theme starting from the ‘classic’ De Martino’work up to the debate on the interpretation of the phenomenon between the poles of exorcism and possession chiefly rased by French ethnomusicologist Gilbert Rouget. The analyses is therefore expanded to the tradition of snakes bites healers (the ciaràuli) which shares with tarantism the spider symbolism and to certain kinds of religious processions characterised by frantic ‘dances’ which suggest elements of functional continuity with tarantism musical-choreutic therapy.
